How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Unsubscribe is easy. At the bottom of the newsletter you received an option to sign out. If you can not find the link, please send an email to info@richpix.nl with the email address where you receive the newsletter. We make sure that you receive no more newsletters.

Is the online payment secure?

We work with Mollie and PayPal. Both companies specialize in secure online payment. Also, the connection between you and our website is secure. You can check this yourself. If the address starts with https is your secure connection.

Am I able to pay with a gift card?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to pay with gift cards in our webshop. We do offer several other payments such as PayPal and iDeal.

 

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All products that are visible in our Web shop are associated with the inventory system and available unless otherwise indicated. It can of course stop you are looking for and can’t find a product in our Web shop. Is this the case? Please contact us, we’ll let you know when a particular product is back in stock.

How do I get my money back if I send an item back?

If you return your product within 14 days and don’t want a new copy. The amount is then paid into your account after receipt of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

My order has shipped, can I follow it?

The Track and Trace service department of PostNL and DHL Parcel, ensures that you can easily follow your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a code, this code run in on the Track and Trace page of PostNL or by DHL Parcel. Next, you’ll see the current status of your shipped package!

Can I change my order?

If you want to change your order, is this possible until your package is sent. Please contact us, we will be pleased to help you!

By whom will my order be delivered?

All orders are delivered via PostNL or DHL Parcel. Depending on your choice in the online store. You will find here information on PostNL/PostNL or DHL Parcel DHL Parcel.

Have you paid with iDEAL? Then you will receive a payment confirmation. Check here or the amount of the account is written off. If this is not the case, please contact us.

When will I receive my order?

At RichPix Photography B.V. is the average international delivery time 5-6 business days, if in stock. At weekends there is not deliverance. It can of course avoided by external factors, that your order will be delivered a day later. You will then receive an email that the delivery time is exceeded. Of course, we do everything we can to maintain our lead time as well as possible.

When you pick up your order, the delivery time depending on the stock. We will contact you after receiving your order.
